• Operations Start-Up Growth - Built company from ground up, with focus on 4 business areas comprised of ES&H & QA, Nuclear Operations, Dismantelment and Decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities and License Renewal for Power Plants, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Subject Matter Expertise - Served as technical expert for establishment of technical interface for construction of national bioterrorism laboratory for Homeland Security.
• Client Service Delivery - Formulated integrated safety strategy for client bidding on $1.5 billion Department of Energy contract. Developed congressional testimony for presentation to senate subcommittee reviewing disposal practices of U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
• Regulatory Compliance - Directed successful evaluation of waste stream that demonstrated full compliance with NRC and EPA requirements.
